NOTICE

Option for Pension to Employees/Officers/Retirees/Family Members of deceased Employees and Officers:

Pursuant to the order dated 25th April 2018 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) 39228/2012 regarding grant of Pension to the Employees of RRB's, approval of DFS,MOF,GOI, sponsored Bank and in terms of guidelines issued by NABARD and in accordance with the section 30 (I) of the RRB Act,1976, the Hon'ble Board of Directors of the bank in it's 199th Board Meeting held on the 30th October 2018 has approved Mizoram Rural Bank (Officers and Employees ) Service (Amendment) Regulation 2018 and Mizoram Rural Bank (Employees) pension Regulation act 2018 and have come into force on and from 4th January 2019 the date of publication in the official Gazette of Govt. of India. The Employees/Officers/Retirees/Family Members of deceased Employees and Officers of Mizoram Rural Bank are now eligible to opt for pension. All Employees/Officers/Retirees/Family Members of deceased Employees and Officers of Mizoram Rural Bank are advised to submit option in writting to Head Office in the specific format within 15th May 2019 i.e. 120 Days from the date of the Notice to become eligible for pension as per notificaton at Head Office. Any application or Option received after the due date will not be considered.
