Updated APY Documents for Use & Implementation & PFRDA Circular on CRA's New Functionalities
APY E-PRAN, APY E-SOT, APY FAQs (English & Hindi), APY Subscriber Information Brochure (13 languages)
& APY Citizen Charter (13 Languages)

From various interactions we have come to know that APY subscribers need certain documents for information to them/their family-members.

In this regard, PFRDA would like to inform that a copy of the e-PRAN containing complete subscriber's details can be generated/printed after opening of APY accounts and can be provided to new APY subscribers, which may be quite useful to them as well as their family-members. Apart from this, APY Subscriber Information Brochure (available in regional languages) can also be printed and provided to new APY Subscribers for their information about the scheme. Further, APY subscribers may be provided Statement of Transactions (SoT), on their demand at bank-branches. These documents are available at NSDL portal.

In addition to the above, PFRDA issued APY Citizen Charter (available in regional languages) last year, for display on notice-board in bank-branches for the benefit and information of APY subscribers that what kind of services are available at bank-branches. Also we have provided FAQs on APY so that bank branch-officials can respond to various queries being raised by existing and prospective APY subscribers.
