• Age:21 to 65 yrs
• Individual /Proprietorship/ Partnership Firm
• Having valid Registration Certificate
• Receiving Work Order regularly for the last 3 years
• Sound financial position

LOAN AMOUNT

• Min- ₹ 10,00,000 /- Max. ₹ 5,00,00,000
• 65% of realizable value of property OR
• 25% of total Work Order value whichever is less

MARGIN

• 35% of the current realizable value of the property

INTEREST RATE

• As Prescribed by the Bank, Interest will be applied on monthly compounding basis
