PURPOSE

• Generate self-employment opportunities suitable to local conditions for the urban Unemployed/Underemployed including their Self Help Group as per their skills ,training, technical expertise and aptitude.
• provide technical, marketing and other support to the Target group
• Only income generating activities under MSME for which there is local demand, are eligible for finance

ELIGIBILITY

Individual Enterprise: Individual urban poor desiring to set up an enterprise

group Enterprise

• SHG formed under NULM or Group of Urban Poor desiring to set up an enterprise jointly
• Minimum 05 members out of which min 70% must belong to Urban poor families
• Minimum age of every member should be 18 years
• Application must be forwarded by the Area Level Federation or implementing agencies ie UD&PA Deptt.

LOAN AMOUNT

• Individual Enterprise : ₹ 2 lakhs maximum
• Group Enterprise : ₹ 10 lakhs maximum

MARGIN

Upto ₹50,000/- - NIL

• ₹50,001/- to ₹2,00,000/- - 5% of Project Cost
Above ₹ 2,00,000/- :10% of project Cost

INTEREST RATE

As prescribed by the Bank. interest will be applied on monthly compounding basis
