KCC (Kisan Credit Card)

PURPOSE
  1. To meet short term credit requirement for cultivation of corps
  2. Post-Harvest expenses
  3. Consumption requirement of farmer household
  4. Working capital for maintenance of Farm assets and activities allied to agriculture like Dairy, Piggery, Poultry, Fishries etc.
  5. Investment Credit requirement for agriculture like farm machinery and allied activities to agriculture like Dairy animas etc. and repayable within a period of one year
ELIGIBILITY
  1. All farmers /Individuals Joint borrowers who are owner cultivators
  2. Tenate Farmers, Oral Lessee, Sharecroppers
  3. SHGs or Joint Liability Groups of Farmers inculding tenate farmers, Sharecroppers
  4. The applicant should be in the age group of 18-70 years for being eligible for PAIS
LOAN AMOUNT
  1. The amount of loan is fixed according to the prescribed Scale of Finance.
  2. Resolving Cash Credit
  3. Scale of Finance (for corps to be sown) X size of land holding
  4. +10% of the limit for post-harvest or Consumption needs
  5. +20% of the limit for maintenance of farm equipment
  6. + insurance premium (Crop Insurance / Insurance of Farm equipment & PAIS)
  7. Limit to be upwardly revised @ 10% every year
  8. Note:Additional 20% over and above the limit fixed by the DLTC for Crop Component, separate accounts will be opened for the production credit (crop loan) and Consumption /maintenance part
  9. Term Loan: For land Development / Mionr Irrigation /Farm equipment /Allied activities such as Dairy/Polutry/Fishries etc.
  10. Sanction will be arrived at the clubbing revolving CC limit or the 5thYears + Term loan Component ( installment payable)
  11. Flexi KCC: May be sanctioned to Marginal Farmers for Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- based on their requirement
MARGIN
  1. Up to Rs. 1,60,000/- NIL
  2. Above Rs. 1,60,000/- Minimum 10%
  3. Their is no margin for corp loan under KCC as the margin is inbuilt fixing the Scale of Finance
INTEREST RATE

As prescribed by the Bank, Additional Subvention of 3% p.a for promptly repayment of Farmers as per GoI Directives
